Interest Insured :  Goods and/or merchandise related to the insureds trade or business, including but not limited to "Gerbong Kereta" with Spare Parts (Brand new) with detail as per detail attached. Sum Insured : USD 100.000.000,00 + 10% = USD 110.000.000,00

SHIPMENT CONFIGURATION :
  • Shipment 1: USD 30,000,000 
  • Shipment 2 : USD 50,000,000
  • Shipment 3 : USD 30,000,000

CONVEYANCE:

Sea Conveyance : Classed steel propelled vessel maximum 35 years as per
Institute Classification Clause 01.01.01 amended to include BKI
Classification and unclassed steel propelled vessel maximum 25 years.
Land Conveyance : Land Transportation or Land Connection transit:

Minimum four­wheeled vehicle including any type of trucks, minivan box, trains set on rails, public ferry/Ro­Ro/Regular Liner as connecting conveyance and/or crane, forklift and other equipment normally used in loading unloading process.

VOYAGE: At and from anywhere warehouse or Places in the World to anywhere warehouse or Places in the World in the World including triangle trade (multimodal transportations), Domestic Transits, Transhipment, Intermediate storage during its ordinary course of transit prior to destination.

Please refer to the VOYAGE CLAUSE as follow:
The insurance hereunder attaches from the time the subject­matter becomes at the Assured's risk or the Assured assumes interest or begins its first movement or loading into the carrying conveyancefor the commencement of transit and continues whilst the subject­matter is in transit and/or in store or elsewhere and further including any interest held for the purpose of consolidation and/or deconsolidation whether incidental to transit or otherwise until delivered to the intended selesai destination and/or when the Assured's responsibility ceases and/or on delivery to the consignee's or other selesai warehouse at the place where the transit covered hereunder is intended to cease.

Including risks during transhipment, aircraft and barge risks, whether customary or otherwise.

Also including loss of or damage to the subject­matter during loading (including lifting or hoisting as required) prior to dispatch (including into containers, trailers , rail cars) and continuing thereafter while they await the commencement of the transit and unloading after arrival (including into containers, trailers, rail cars) at the Assured's or Consignee's premises and, in the case of containers, during the stuffing and unstuffing thereof including Containers and/or Contents where covered hereunder.

Conditions :
­ Basis of Sum Insured; CIF plus 10% or freight cost or GST (Government Service Tax).
- Series of Losses; All claims for loss, damage or expense resulting from any one occurrence or series of occurrence arising out of any event shall be deemed caused by a single accident and adjusted as one claim.
- Condition of Goods; Brand New
- Fast Track Claim; No survey if loss below USD 5,000
- Loading and Unloading; It is hereby noted and agreed that Loading and unloading extension coverage is under all risk basis.
