Several claims resulting from the same cause shall be regarded as one loss, irrespective of the number of injured persons or claimants (e.g. several claims resulting from damages or injuries attributable to the same erroneous design, defect, erroneous production procedure, production or instruction errors, batches of products with the same defect, the same act or omission).
The date of occurrence of such losses shall be the one of the first occurrence of the series (occurrence trigger).
