This Policy does not apply to liability arising from the failure of the product (or any part thereof) to fulfil the purpose for which it was designed or to perform as specified, warranted or guaranteed, unless such failure is due to an unintentional error in the manufacture, assembly or installation of the Products (or any part thereof).
