Food And Drink Poisoning Clause

(Sub Limit IDR 100,000,000 any one occurrence and in aggregate)

Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary it is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy is extended to cover Insured's legal liability in respect of Bodily Injury arising from food and drink sold or supplied by the Insured for consumption at the Insured's  premises.

 

Provided that the total liability of the Insurer for damages and claimant's costs and expenses in respect of

a)      one claim or all claims of a series (whether arising in one period of insurance or not) consequent on or attributable to one source or original cause shall not exceed the limit of liability

any one period of insurance for all claims where the accidental injury and accidental damage happens during such period of insurance shall not exceed the limit of liability.
