Customs Excise And Other Duties Clause (Limit 10% Of Total Sum Insured)

The insurance under this Policy is extended to include the Insured's liability for customs, excise and other duties which the Insured become liable to pay in the event of Damage to insured property.

The indemnity provided by this extension shall not exceed the above mentioned limit.
