The Insurers agrees to automatically hold covered any required extensions to the period of insurance subject to notification by the Insured to the Insurer of each such extension, and subject to any revision in premium that may be mutually agreed between the Insured and the Insurer, but in no case shall additional premium charged by greater than pro-rata.
